Who decides on the new senior pastor?
The Pastoral Search Committee will recommend a candidate to the Plymouth Wesleyan Church Local Board of Administration (LBA). The candidate must then be approved by the LBA and the District Superintendent. The candidate is then brought before the church membership and voted upon.
Do I get to vote on the new senior pastor?
All members of PWC will have the opportunity to vote.
