Role: Senior Pastor
Job Description
The Plymouth Wesleyan Church (PWC) is prayerfully searching for a new Senior Pastor who will lead the church in living out its mission of helping people move one step closer to Jesus. Plymouth Wesleyan's mission leads us to find opportunities for God to reach each of us where we are and guide us to a place closer to Jesus.
PWC was started in 1893 and we are blessed to have a stable community with several outreach ministries including a daycare, pre-school, missions and sports programs. Our church serves people of all ages on our 25 acre campus with a Senior Pastor, 3 associate pastors, office staff, and music coordinators. A traditional service and contemporary service targeted at different musical preferences are held each Sunday with an average attendance of nearly 450. Mid-week programs for all ages are led by volunteers committed to building the Kingdom of God.
Plymouth is the county seat of Marshall County at the crossroads of US-30 and US-31. Our parks and nature areas provide opportunities for a variety of recreation preferences.

Educational requirements
- Theological training at a bachelor's degree level or higher from an accredited school, or acceptable equivalents. Masters preferred.
- Credentialed or eligible to be credentialed by The Wesleyan Church
- Proven experience in people leadership, preaching, teaching, pastoral care, and organizational oversight.
