2022 ​UPWARD Basketball season registration has Closed!

​Registration Information
Boys and girls 5 years old through those entering 6th grade may participate.

​Early registration cost by November 22, 2021 is $85 per child
Registration deadline is December 14, 2021 and is $95 per child
     *Sibling Discounts per child up to 3 kids (same family)

​Registration Evaluation
There will be an open house Evaluation Monday, November 29rd from 4:00 pm- 8:00 pm in the Plymouth Wesleyan Church Gym. You may come register in-person, pay fees, try on jerseys, and go through a evaluation process.

Program Schedule
First Practices- the week of Monday January 15, 2022
First Games- Saturday, January 29, 2022
Last Game/Awards Celebration- Saturday, March 12, 2022
